Lobster in my Pocket

This children's story by Prince Edward Island author Deirdre Kessler is about 'Lucky' the talking lobster. Lee lives in a fishing village. One day she hears a little voice coming from a lobster crate and she discovers Lucky, a talking lobster. Lee sets Lucky free and Lucky returns the favour one day when Lee nearly drowns in a wild spring storm. Brenda Jones who does the illustrations and painting for this book was also born and raised on Prince Edward Island.
